OWA?

By Kymmie ·
On a network where there are 10 users authenticating to an SBS 2000 server, that is also their file server, where should we setup OWA? What are the pro's and cons of setting it up on their existing SBS file server vs a separate box? Security issue?

OWA?

Is the SBS already on the internet? If so, it doesn't really matter. Is there a firewall between the SBS and the net? BTW, OWA is likely already installed on the SBS IIRC.

Yes the SBS is on the Internet and there is a Sonic Wall Firewall appliance between the SBS and the NET. Do you have any opinion on where the OWA should be setup, for security reasons, in a 10 user environment?

Sorry about the delay.... Vacation...

IMHO, I would put OWA on the SBS Server. However, that said, if the SBS server has a good load on it now, and you have another box to put OWA on, then I would put it on the other box.
