Hello and good day,
I have a user that has Windows Vista that accesses our OWA site. She can connect and load the page fine. But, when she tries to create a new message there is a Red X in the top left corner of the message body and you can’t type anything in.
-I fixed that issue by updating the MIMI controls.
Once that updated and she was able to send out email, she wanted to add a signature. When she went to add one the same red X was in the window. I allowed most of the Active X controls.
Does anyone know what could be going on here?
