OWA over multiple domains

By Tmiller3 ·
I have a 3 branch company and therefore 3 domains. The main branch contains a Exchange 5.5 server (with SP4) as well as a proxy server. I have all the proper trusts set-up, but some reason, only the people in the main branch can connect to OWA. When we log in to OWA, we put user name only on the first screen, then when password box comes up, I put domain name/username. Can anyone tell me what my probably problem is?

OWA over multiple domains

More info: Since posting, I was told to make sure that users in other domains have rights to log on locally. I've done this, but the problem still exists. I do get an event log on this. I get an event log when trying to log an basically saying (I'm not where I can read it exactly right now) that the username or password is incorrect. I know this is not true. Event ID 100 (very generic).

I would have to say its the setup of the passwords. I use OWA with a similiar setup and when a user goes to the site it immediatly asks for a username password , before the OWA page is even displayed to them. Then they enter a username , and then a password box. I never have to enter a domain in either box. These settings are through MMC, IIS right click on IIS and choose properties then edit. Im sure you know this is here but has been overlooked before,, Good Luck
