OWA Problem Reauthenticate after office attachment

I am having a problem with the web mail where I work. After someone opens an office attachment when they close they are asked to reauthenticate. They can just press cancel but it kind of annoying. Could anyone help me out. I am pretty sure that it is some registry change I may have made but have no idea.
