Packet forensics and sniffing

By Mike Assel ·
A little while back I ran across a website offering CD-ROM based training on packet forensics (it might have been linked from TechRepublic, I can't remember). The creator was a woman, and the graphics on the website and the CD-ROMs had Russian looking buildings on them. I've done a lot of searching and can't find the site. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

Found It!

by Mike Assel In reply to Packet forensics and snif ...

Have you ever been troubleshooting a problem and no matter how many times you try the problem persists? So you call a co-worker over to ask their opinion, go through the same exact steps that the previous 100 times gave you the problem, and magically, it works. Your co-worker gives you that "whatever" look and the problem has mysteriously disappeared. Is there a term for this phenomenon? If not, somebody should coin a term. Anyway, I was poking around the Ethereal site and under the links page I found it:
www.packet-level.com with Laura Chappell. Has anyone done any of this training?
