Paetec ISP Contract Renewal

I am meeting with possible telephone/t-1 line vendors as my contract with Paetec is up for renewal. It appears I can double our T-1 speed and save about 250 of the average 1250 per month bill. Can anyone provide guidance or concerns or suggestions regarding my service renewal?
