Page cant be displayed opening FTP pics

By ccthompson ·
I have an FTP site where I have pictures for my customers to view current promotions and such. My problem is that two people so far are able to access the folders and see the pictures, but when they try to open the pics, they get error:page cannot be displayed. One of the people is the CEO!!!!

Both are running Windows XP and have passive FTP turned off, this is the only way they can access my site!!! thats another issue.

Please help!!
Thanks

I forgot to mention, that I am also running XP and I open them just fine. I cant seem to find a different setting between myslef and my CEO but I figure it has to be client side(his machine). Because I can access fine, and as far as I know, noone else has complained.

Thanks!

I dont know why, but i tested it one three separate PCs and it worked on every one. I have never read/heard of any of these things.

I tried to access the site. Enabled Passive FTP, accessed the site, disabled Passive FTP. Accessed the site fine, opened the pictures fine.

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Sorry, forgot to comment in relation to your answer. As for logging in, no I have it setup so anyone in the world can go and look at these pics. I dont understand how turning on Passive FTP, then turning it back off would fix this. Maybe this is just a work around, I just thought there was a more justified reason.

Thanks!
