I have recently encountered a user having problem printing a report from access database in NT 4.0 workstation.
Whenever she tries to prnit preview or print a report in access database, she gets the NT blue screen with error massage, “page fault innonpaged area”.
I have upgraded her os to SP6 and also installed sp1 & 2 for the office suite.
Also, I have reinstalled printer driver few times and removed her previously
installed “Fonts” folder and replaced it with other “Fonts” folder which Ihave copied from other computer. But, this problem seems it has no solution.
Any advise on what to do ?
