Page File Removal

Hi

Can anybody tell me the way to remove pagefiles from my HDD partitions because its upto 3gb file size now and annoying me a lot.

Boot your PC to the command

prompt (press F8 as winders is starting up, you get a simple menu, option 5 I think?)
From the command line delete the files on each drive
Reboot you pc and windows will automatically recreate the files as the size configured.

You might want to investigate why they are getting so big.

Its not working

Hi Tony

Hope you are fine there!

I tried what you suggested but its not working as whenever i tried to delte pagefile.sys, its says pagefile.sys not find.

I changed it through windows virtual memory as its fixed at custom size.

Anyway thanks a lot for the prompt reply
