Page Maker 6.5

Hi all,

When I try to start Adobe PageMaker, Windows returns the error “Cannot run PageMaker. Cannot find PageMaker’s registry settings.”
No problem with admin users
1. OS is windows 2000 sp4

How can solve this problem with out give administrator right to users????
