Paging Problem on Internet

I have Win98SE and the machine is running on Linksys Wireless. When I go to my homepage the first time, it will open OK and then if I try to go anywhere else it takes FOREVER to get the page to come up. It usually stops about 1/2 way through the page and sometimes, after taking 5 minutes or so, it may come up. This started happening after I got virused and I had to format the hard drive to get rid of the problem and reload Windows. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dan
