I have had two Palm units – a III and a V – fail in the lower left hand standard button, i.e. the Date Book button. In both cases, the metal spring beneath the button breaks and the button floats free, sometimes jamming physically “on” the Date Bookfunction. Am I the only one experiencing this ? Is Palm aware of this as a potential shortfall ?
