Palm m515 on Win XP Home

I havea PAlm M515 used on Win98SE thru USB - all worked fine - Upgraded to Win XP Home - now the Palm want work - can't even recognize the craddle - tried the uninstall - reinstall - XP driver downloads etc.

After you upgrade Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition to Windows XP Home Edition, you may not be able to synchronize your data correctly with your personal organizer.
This problem may occur if you have a version of Microsoft ActiveSync installed that is earlier than version 3.5.
To resolve this problem, download and install the latest version of Microsoft ActiveSync. To do so, visit the following Microsoft Web site: http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/pocketpc/downloads/activesync35.asp
