Palm problem since joining domain
the computer is running Windows XP Pro sp2. We have just added Windows 2003 server and Active Directory. To join this person to the domain I had to copy his profile to the AD user on the computer. Everything works fine except for Palm Desktop which works fine under his old user account. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall in his new account but I get error messages when trying to do either. What all do I have to delete in order to be able to reinstall Palm on this computer so he can use it? Or is there something in his old user profile that possibly didn't get copied or moved that I can just move to the new account to get Palm Desktop to work for him?
