Paperless office Project

I have been given a project in which I am to take these Job Setup sheets that our salesmen fill out and set them up on their PC so that it will automatically send out the information to the appropriate departments upon completion. The end result isto be that they can double click on icon on their screen and open the Job Setup forms and fill out all the information and when they are done the correct information goes to each of the following departments (billing, purchasing, equipment, scheduling, etc..) Does anyone know of a software package that could help me out with this project?? Thanks for any and all help!!

Just out of curiosity what type of e-mail system do you have?? If you happen to have Lotus Notes I would have to suggest taking to one of the notes developers It would be fairly easy to create a Notes database that would send the forms out upon completion. If not I would look into active databases that have e-mail features.

We are using Microsoft Outlook. Thank you though I had not thought of using a database program.
