A client brought in a desktop machine running Win 7 HP – she wanted me to set up parental controls for her daughter. I went in as administrator and selected the child’s standard account but got a dialogue entitled Windows Parental Controls – (Yellow Triangle with exclamation mark) Unable to make changes to parental controls settings. If this problem persists, see your system administrator. (OK).
Any ideas? As I said, I was already logged on as Administrator.
