parental control

I got a small network at home with 5 clients and 1 server (w2k server). I would like to know if I can see what my teenagers are typing in their chatt rooms and IM (in real time). Without being called nosy. Can I do this in W2K server? Or do I need any other kind of software? Please Help me!
