This is a question for all the Partition Magic experts out there. I am attempting to ONLY resize 2 different partitions within Windows NT 4.0 workstation. The Problem I am having is with the Cluster size between the 2 partitions, and this is what is limiting me from taking free space from one partition to another. I want to take most of a 8 GIG partition that has a cluster size of 4k I believe, and free some of that space onto the System partition of 2 GIGS with a cluster size of 64k.
These options of altering both NTFS partitions and their cluster sizes is grayed out and not possible in PQ magic. How can this be accomplished in Partition Magic? Is their another utility that will re-size clusters on NTFS partitions? Or am I completely wrong thinking this is what is holding me back on a partition re-size attempt?
