Partitioning C drive

Someone Ask me to help about there problem and this is what they want to know.

How do I go about Partitioning my C drive to have both XP and Windows 98 SE? I need the steps from 1 through 92. Just a fos (If there are that many). Anyone have any suggestions? This XP would go entirely, but I already purchased too many upgrades, and compatable software. It would be too much of a waste of money at this point, so I want to install 98SE, and keep XP on the C drive.HELP!!!
