I am a senior level program/project manager and have been working on an engagement that has lasted over a year. I also work with other PM’s of the same general experience level, and we have formed a “loose consortium.”
Our project is about to end, and we are looking to partner with other IT organizations that could potentially utilize our services. Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.
