Pass-through not working with Program Neighborhood 10.1(Citrix)

I am having issues with certain users unable to use pass-through with the program neighborhood client on their pcs. Everything seems to be set up correctly and it is not happening to all users. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Try this.....

... have each person go into the options, once logged in, and set the screen size to 95%.

We've had the same difficulties and this solution seems to work 100% of the time.
