I forgot my password, so I followed your instructions and was told to enter a temporary password of: may.9.2003118447267 This did get me in but when I selected “My TechRepublic”, then “Edit My Account”, then “Change Password”, nothing happens except take me back to the same page. I am not able to change my password. Thanks. Ed.
