password issue connecting to Win2000

By pchlp ·
I installed a Win2000 pro into a peer to peer workgroup. I can see the other PC's but with the Win98 PC I cannot connect to the Win2000 PC.
It always asked for a password.
I installed no password for the Administration profile or any other one when I installed.
Is there a default password for Win2000 Pro?
Thanks in advance

You need to create users on the Win 2000 box.
The logged on user name on the win 98 cpu's must match the user names created on the win 2000 box.
