Password lockout’s

My password is getting locked out approx 2-4 times a day while Im in the office. No one is using my pc, as I am right there. I can be doing anything or nothing, then try yo open Outlook and I am locked out. I then go to the server room and check AD,and sure enough its locked.
I am getting frustrated over this and wonder if anyone has any ideas as to how this can be happening.

Any help would be appreciated and points will be handed out for good ideas, thoughts etc…
