Challenge:
Lost password for compaq_administrator at log on screen. (not the main administrator)
I can get to the log on screen and can use the guest log on because our girl didn’t put a password on that but we all stored files on the computer under the main log on which never had a password. That is the compaq_administrator one. Now we can’t find or recover the work we have on it.
Under guest you can’t even get to help as there are all administrator blocks, that is the main user password, not the one for the real administrator as I looked at users and there are two admins. 1 for technicians I think and one I see as the main user which is the whole family.
