Password Policy NT Domain Level

I am in the middle of implementing password policy on our PDC. I want to make all of the regular users change there passwords every 90 days which is not a problem but I don’t want the administrators accounts to be forced to change there passwords. Is there any way on NT to allow administrator accounts to keep there passwords.
