Four options:

Option 1.
Log in as ?Administrator? with blank password.

Option 2.
Log in as an account that has Administrator right.

Option 3.
Buy a third party software that resets password of any account (e.g. ERD Commander 2003).
I have tried a free ware (Linux boot disk) that changes password but it never worked on my Win2K or XP workstation.

Option4.
Reinstall Windows. Backup your data before you do this. May have to connect the HD to a second computer.

there is a linux boot cd, downloadable as an iso file, i remember finding it on astalavista.box.sk, see if you can find it there.. it worked on xp and 2k, although, you need to be familar with the file system you are using. if you do not find your answer there. mail me off the site.
