Passwords

HI Guys
Is there any way of getting around the
NT Workstation login after logging into Novell.
User changed password for Novell and promptly forgot it. Reset Novell password today but now cannot log in due to the fact that machine wants NT password as well and I do not have this and neither does the customer.
Can anybody HELP please????
