passwords after screen saver envoked

I’m trying to keep my kids off my computer so I installed Windows 2000 and envoked the password! WORKS GREAT, except, I thought it would prompt you for a password again after the screen saver has been envoked….it doesn’t….not automatically anyway. Does anybody know how I can make the “computer” password apply to the screen saver as well so I don’t actually have to shut down the computer each time I leave it?
