Passwords and logins not save on XP

By NateH ·
Hi all,

A couple of months ago, I noticed that whenever I went to a site that required my login/password, and asked to save the info, I was not able to. It did not bother me at the time but after a while I started looking into why this was so. Went through all the security settings etc, but could not find anything wrong.

About a month ago, I upgraded to XP Pro, hoping that this might solve this problem, but it is still around. I can't seem to get anything like logins/passwords to be saved.

Any ideas/thoughts?

Thanks

Nate

Are you using disk cleanup? Are you deleting cookies? When I do those function I lose some of my logins & passwords.

I did do the disk cleanup, however, this is failing now. I went to a site, entered my info, closed the site, and returned to it. It asked me for login/passwd again even though I had asked it to remmember it.
