pasword problem

I have a toolbar (METoolBar) which I downloaded
from the web. One of the functions provided is a
password keeper.Unfortumately after entering only 1 password I lost the master password. Now I can neither access the lost password nor delete the master password (to start again from the beginning). I have tried uninstalling the program ing the program using the supplied uninstall program. and even used “system restore ” to an earlier date but still get “password wrong” in response to any trial password. i would like to be able to use the toolbar as it seems very useful.Can anyone help please? I hope there is a solution which does not need reinstalling windows!
