Patches for NT4.0 / Win2k OS on Desktop

We want to apply Microsoft patches for Win NT4.0 & Win 2k Desktops through batch file. Now at the time of applying, message flashed is ‘ Do not have enough permission to apply this patch. Fact is we can not go to each PC and apply or we do not have Network Mgmt S/W.

Please help how to get Administrative rights temporarily on remote PC.
