    If I would make a pc and then constantly put the newest parts in that pc would I ever need to buy a different one?

      As long they fit in the case, you can do that.
      Then after 10 years or so, you have an10-year old case with the latest PSU, CPU, motherboard, RAM, graphic card and sound card. In effect, it’s a totally new PC.
