Could be. However, there is not enough detail in your question.

Try downloading any available patches to the version you are running – patches are usually bug fixes and this may solve your problem.

As a last resort, you could always try ringing tech support! It’s surprising how often a simple phone call can solve your problem.

      Good luck

Make sure you are using the 32 bit version.

Probably not a video issue. As someone else mentioned, there is not a lot of detail. Is the “memory dump” a Dr Watson? or is it a Blue Screen Of Death? If it ia a BSOD, you coould use its contents as a guide to the process that is causing the problem.

Try removing the program and reinstalling the application from the original disks.

Could be a lot of things – video is just one. First, make sure you’re using the newest version of PC Anywhere. Second, upgrade to at least NT-SP5. More detail on the exact situation would allow better answer – is Workstation the host or client? Whatare you trying to connect to?

Like the others stated, not enough information. But, I use pcAnywhere with NT workstation daily and I too had a few problems at first, none of which were a video issue. Depending on what you are connecting to or from, try not to run many other apps with pcAnywhere connected unless you have a min of 96Mg of RAM. As you know NT is a memory hog, and pcAnywhere doesn’t help. E-mail me with more detail and I am sure I can help you. Good Luck!

PCAnywhere 32 is a heavy drain on resources. Version 8 works well for us, but only after we moved up to 64mb of RAM. Whith 32mb we saw many hexidecimal “physical memory dumps”.
