PC Anywhere Drop Connections

Hi can someone help me I have here a setup of PC Anywhere. I have one phone line with DSL on it using modem router. I have another modem for pc anywhere. and I would like to use the same phone line for pc anywhere. After setting up the modem and let the remote dial in on it, after 3 rings it initialized the modem then suddenly drops the connection. What cause this. I tried both modem it works fine
