    PC being weird with wireless

    I use a USB WiFi dongle (TP-Link Archer T3U) which I got the other day and it has caused me to constantly only get about 4-5 seconds of around 50Mbps of WiFi then 3-4 seconds of no WiFi at all. (https://imgur.com/a/3V5wCVV Task Manager picture of what happens). My wireless connection on my phone and other devices is fine so I have no idea what causes it.
