I have a PC that has had the motherboard replaced (ASUS P5SD2-VM). All devices have been connected correctly as per the user manual. The PC powers on but freezes before the Bios load. I have reset and cleared the Bios/ CMOS via jumper settings as per user manual, but still have no joy. PC will not start up although CPU, Chassis Fan, Power Supply and Drives are operating.
