I have an assembled sempron 3000+ CPU based PC, for last few days i am experienceing a strange problem, My PC doesnt start if i press power switch, only the SMPS fan rotates for a while and stops. If i press the power button again nothing will happen, i’ll have to Restart the UPS. The PC starts if i repeat this process 10-15 times. Also it will stop suddenly after working for some time.
please suggest me some remedy.
