Put the following command in a batch file in the startup folder of all users on each server.

net time \\servername /set /y

This will sync the clocks with the server that you choose every time someone logs on to the server. Or you couls schedule the batchfile to run using the AT command.

Hope this helps

use the above command on your servers. To guarantee the correct time on your time server you can download a program called netdate that will automatically set the correct time on your server

Personally, I like a freeware (careware, to use the author's term) product called AboutTime (available at www.arachnoid.com).

If you have a live Internet connection, you can set AboutTime up on one server to get it's time from NIST, USNO or some other accurate time source. Then you can set the other servers up to syncronize with that server at whatever intervals you would like.

Try using TIMESERV from NT server resource kit. This will automaticaly refresh the local system time from various sources.

You can use this 'net time' command to synchronize all your 5 servers. I've done this for > 20 servers in my company for schedule ('at' command) time synchronization. For more info. simply type this command 'net time' in your command prompt. I hope this can help you. Let me know, if you need any help.
