Oh, woe is me. I performed a backup of my system on a Seagate external drive. Then I reset my Dell Inspiron 3891 desktop PC.
I was able to reload win 11 and most of everything else just by allowing following instructions from the MS Website without having to go to the backup on my Seagate drive.
Now I want to reload Pictures and other files including One-Drive and Notebook. With the Seagate attached to my PC I am able to see the files, BUT how do I upload, or download them? When I open the Seagate I see it contains “WINDOWIMAGE BACKUP” and these files
