PC Diagnostic Card

Can anyone suggest a good, reliable PC Diagnostic Card?

I was looking @ www.Micro2000.com
they are a little expensive.

then there are others that cost 95 USD from UK.

then there is another company selling the same card for 16 dollars (made in Hong Kong).

Can anyone suggest a something about this??
