PC Diagnostic Software

We currently have a number of PC’s and laptop that are all whiteboxes and did not come with their own diagnostic software. We are now experiencing problems with these machines and a good diagnostic program would be excellent to have. We have looked at Check-IT and were wondering if this is good to use or if there are better programs out there.
