I have an Acer 4100 with Celeron, 4Gb HD and 32Mb PC100 DIMM.
I install a PC100 128Mb DIMM and a sec. HD, like the owner’s manual saids. When I strat the, the only thing that happens is the CD recognition and then a sound in my HD, then nothing, nill any signal in the monitor.
I put all the PC in his original configuration and the same things occurs.
The components (HD, CD, Floppy and memory) are OK, this because I install in other PC and run, installed with the original cables or with others.
The CMOS battery reports 2.8 Volts, and the voltage of the Power Supp. are in the correct ranges.
The film of dust in the mother is more or less fine.
Please help me, What happens with this!!??
