We are using PC DOCS for Document Management. We have several users that cannot access PC DOCS documents due to a program called Gatherer 3.0. This program is causing PC DOCS not to respond and also we have no idea where the program was installed. GAtherer is not a program that our IS department installs. We are assuming that one of our users may have downloaded the program but we have no idea who it was. Any assistance on this matter would be appreciated.
