I am trying to install a Sony CyberShot digital camera to a PC running Windows 2000. The camera is plugged into a USB port and the MGI PhotoSuite 8.06a software is installed. I have already downloaded and installed the needed driver for the USB portfrom the Sony website. Now the PC does not see the camera at all under My Computer, neither as a Removable or Non Removable Disk. This camera runs successfully on a PC with Win 98. Any suggestions?
