HAVE YOU ADDED MEMORY/HARDWARE LATELY? IF YES REMOVE IT AND TRY A RE-BOOT

HAVE YOU CHANGED ANY BIOS SETTINGS? IF YES/NO TRY SETTING THE BIOS TO DEFAULT

IF THIS FAILS RE-SET YOUR MOTHERBOARD USUALLY A JUMPER SETTING ON THE BOARD SEE YOUR MANUAL FOR THIS

Almost every time that I have run into this one it is because of of the setting in CMOS for EDO ram present. You likely have EDO ram in this machine and if you do not "tell" it that it does, it will stop at the point you describe. The default setting for this choice is no EDO ram present, so either you or someone else, have recently reset your BIOS, or the CMOS battery is dead.
