PC gets restart

I have Win XP professional. It gets restart after 2 or 3 hours. Why its happening ? PC config is P4 2.4 Ghz, 512 MB RAM in 2 slots, 80 GB HD, Intel original 845 GVSR MB.

If its not RAM problem then what can be it ?
