The computer was at factory settings after a destructive system recovery… went to work and left it connected to the internet and it received all kinds of spam and popups and it was too much work to clean them out so I did another system recovery and now the PC just goes to a blank screen during the loading and stays there, it has a small white underscore in the top left corner flashing contiguously as well…
i tried another recovery but it does the same thing, any ideas?
