On one of my client’s system power management setting is set to be done by APM. It has Windows 98 isntalled. In Power Management features of win’98 its’s mentioned that never go to suspend mode for all the parts i.e. video, HDD etc. etc. Still the system goes to suspend mode now and then. Even rebooting the system or leaving ot for some time does not help. Only thing that works is leave the system off for long period i.e. round 5-6 hours and then can expect some time of work.
