I am running Windows 98 and in the last month the system has been running much slower and now everytime I sign onto the Internet after a few moments I get an ACTALERT invalid page…message and the PC freezes and I have to reboot. I have Norton Anti-Virus and run the live update every month. This still says there is no virus. Any thoughts on what I can do to resolve this problem?
